Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Baseline panels are included in all tiers. Comprehensive panels and genetic testing are included in Optimize and Elite tiers respectively. Additional specialty tests ordered outside your tier’s scope are available at our negotiated lab rates, which are typically 40–60% below retail pricing.

We operate as a direct-pay practice to provide the most personalized and unhurried care possible. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide itemized superbills that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our patients successfully receive partial reimbursement.

There are no long-term contracts. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days’ notice. Annual memberships can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months. Your medical records and lab data remain accessible to you after cancellation.
